Terms of Service
1. The Service
Drivo Drive provides on-demand acting driver services in Kochi. We connect car owners with background-verified professional drivers. Drivo Drive is a service platform and does not own the vehicles used during the service.
2. User Responsibilities
As a user, you agree that your vehicle is in good working condition, has valid registration papers, and is fully insured. You must ensure the driver's safety and provide a smoke-free environment during the service.
3. Pricing & Payments
Prices are flat-rate as displayed on the website. A night allowance is applicable between 10 PM and 6 AM. All payments must be made directly to the driver or via the platform's approved digital links after the trip completion.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations are free up to 60 minutes before the scheduled pickup. Immediate bookings cancelled after a driver has been assigned may incur a convenience fee of ₹50 to compensate the driver's transit.
5. Liability
While we vet all drivers and provide supplementary trip insurance, the primary insurance for the vehicle remains the owner's responsibility. Drivo Drive's liability is limited to the supplementary coverage provided per trip.
