• Driver Partner Data: For drivers, we collect Aadhar card details, PAN card, Driving License, and background verification reports.

The information collected is strictly used for operational purposes:

• To process booking requests and match users with driver partners.
• To facilitate communication between the user and the assigned driver.
• To maintain safety standards and perform mandatory background checks.
• To send transactional updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
• To improve our platform based on user feedback and usage patterns.

3. Data Sharing & Disclosure

Drivo Drive does not sell or rent your personal data to marketing companies. We only disclose information:

• To Drivers: We share your name and pickup location to facilitate the trip.
• For Legal Reasons: If required by law enforcement or government authorities for investigation.
• Service Providers: With trusted partners like Supabase (for database hosting) and WhatsApp (for communication).

4. Data Security & Retention

We implement robust security measures to protect your data. Information is stored in encrypted databases. We retain your booking history for a period of 3 years to assist with recurring bookings and safety audits, after which personal identifiers are anonymized unless a deletion request is received earlier.
